Hi, I’m Vicki E. Phillips and I am a licensed real estate broker in both Texas and Florida. I am also a certified “EcoBroker” which means that I care very much about sustainability and green living! And have completed specialized courses in green living to attain that certification.  I am a member of NAR, TAR, ABOR, SMBOR, CTBOR, and reciprocal member of SABOR which means that I can show and sell real estate all over Central Texas, from Georgetown to San Antonio and anywhere in between! I have been in real estate for fifteen years now! I have an office here in Austin, Tx.

I love what I do which is to introduce my clients to the wonderful things that Austin and the Hill Country have to offer. Why do I do that? Because you don’t just buy a house, you are looking for a lifestyle!

What is our life like in Central Texas? Pretty close to heaven most of the time! Here is a snapshot of my evening out on my front porch. As I write this blog, I am sitting under the outdoor ceiling fans, listening to the night sounds of locusts, crickets, the whir of wings as my resident owl swoops off on his evening run…and of course, KGSR (our superb Austin radio station) on the stereo out here….Whether I am inside the house or out on the porch or down at the fire ring and viewing deck, there is usually music filtering up somewhere in the background. It is a way of life here in this part of the world. It is like oxygen in the air.

Living in the Hill Country and Austin area (home to world class musicians like Alejandro Escovedo, Ray Wylie Hubbard, Andrew Hardin, etc, ) at times, I think I have died and gone to heaven because it is simply such a joy to live and work here! And we have some pretty incredible homes, too, besides all the wonderful music, lakes, rivers, and places to go hike and bike.
