Apartment Rentals Are More Popular than Ever in Austin!

Recently we noticed an upsurge in people who are choosing to rent rather than buy in our Austin metro area.  Cool Houses Austin has a new feature where we can now search for apartments for our clients as well as houses to rent.

We’re really excited about the new feature.  Rents are very reasonable in Austin and some of these places are like living at a world class resort.  They feature resort style pools, dog parks, hike and bike trails, business centers with computers, faxes, etc, fitness gyms, even garages!
