The 2008 Armadillo Christmas Bazaar is under way in downtown Austin at the Austin Convention Center…If you love live music and you love to shop, then whatever you do, get yourself downtown and don’t miss this terrific event! It runs from Dec. 12-24th!  For a mere $3 during the day and $6 on evenings and week-ends, you get to hear some of Austin’s best musicians (like The Gourds, Marcia Ball, Jimmy LaFave, Ray Wylie Hubbard, etc…) Get the picture?  And truly some of the most wonderful art, this art festival affectionado has EVER seen!  So bring your cash, your credit cards, even your checkbook and support our very very cool Austin art scene!  And just for the record, this wonderful Christmas Bazaar was recently named as one of the Top 10 Best Times to visit Austin (see our previous post), so if you are planning on being here for the holidays or if you are lucky enough to live within driving distance, do those folks on your Christmas shopping list a huge favor and give them something truly unique from the Armadillo Christmas Bazaar!  For more info log onto the site: www.armadillobazaar.com
